So I’ve searched the forums and tried all the troubleshooting: restarting my blaze multiple times, removing the device from the app and reconnecting it, playing with the dim/normal/max/auto feature and it is still dim/off. The watch still works and I’m able to sync to my phone it’s just too dark to see anything. Any help?
@Peterpugliese the Blaze does not have a backlight it has an LED display.
As for the limited options for brightness, this usually happens when the battery is very low.
Best AnswerGood to know. However, my blaze is still only viewable in a basically dark environment after fully charging it. When I change the brightness options there is no change at all. Any ideas?
