Hi,
I fully charged my Blaze before lunch and this afternoon went for a 5 mile run. Everything was fine while I was running but I noticed when I was back that the battery sign was flashing. I have plugged it in and it isn't charging and it just heating up. The lights underneath that I assume are for heart rate are also not flashing.
The Blaze is only 13 months old and am in the final stages of training for a 1/2 marathon in 2 weeks so am pretty screwed if I can't solve this very quickly.
Do you have any ideas?
Thanks
Laurie

I would like to know if you have followed our friend's suggestion and contacted our support team, have you received a solution from them? I hope everything is solved before your marathon.
