A warm welcome to the Forums @Churrihn504 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by. I would like to know if you keep having problems charging your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting your tracker. After the restart process, put your tracker to charge.

Let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

Hello, thanks for the welcome. It actually started working and charging after a 24 h period. Hope it doesn't happen again.

Hi, I've just experienced the same thing today with mine, it died completely, put it in the charging cradle for the past 12hrs and it's not charged at all, still dead.  I'm lost without it!  What should I do??  I only got it in August, so only a few months old 😞

I've got a new blaze and it doesn't charge, yet the app says that it's has a full battery. It did increase to nearly full battery after 3 hours on charge and died shortly after! Restart etc not working can anyone help me please.

Thanks!

This has happened to me. They are sending me a charger to try. If this doesn’t work I’m going to be very disappointed. I had a replacement from a screen crack less than a year ago which I was thankful for but it didn’t extend the warranty On the replacement and now I’m probably going to be without and have to purchase a new one.  It’s heartbrekeing because they are still pricy even with a discount offered to replace my blaze.

My Fitbit Blaze has also been charging more than 12 hours and the screen is still totally blank. And it shows the battery as dead when I look through the app as well. It is less than a year old (I bought it in January). Can someone from Fitbit advise what to do next or how to get it replaced?

If anyone is finding this 2 years after this post and having the same issue, try taking off the back (just have to take 4 screws off) and check where the charging contacts connect inside, as mine was doing this and there was gunk blocking it, wiped it off and now it's working fine.

Try cleaning the pins on the backside of the watch...Too much grime will prohibit ability to charge in port.

I tried that. My Blaze is officially dead. I have needed to put a book on the device while in the charger for about a year to get the thing to charge up. It has needed a charge about 2 x per day. It’s only 4 years old. I’m going to Apple now

Can you share what size Allan wrench you used to remove these screws? They are pretty small and not easy to manoeuvre

@Lor58 Amazon sell kits with a replacement battery and the tools.

I could do with some help or advice also…

Blaze been great for 3 years.

In last week it loses charge within 4 hours, but the app when synced showing its 90+%.
Charges as normal then drains in no time. Nothing different being done such as notifications that are always off.

I’ve reset it and cleaned the charger and blaze itself.
