Okay so I got my blaze yesterday (2-8-17) as an early birthday present. I charged it over night. had a full charge this morning. It worked great, for about 6 hours. Had a full charge at 12:00PM. 12:10 PM the thing is unresponsive. I look under devices on my phone app, and it said "Synced today, 12:00 Battey Full." But it wouldn't turn on, nor would it restart.
It turns on when I have it charging. The Blaze itself shows that it has dead battery. My phone still says that the battery is full. Its been plugged into my Underwriters Laboratory approved charger for the hour and the blaze still shows that it's battery is dead. My phone (now able to sync with the blaze) still says the battery is full.
I can't seem to do a restart because it is completely unresponsive when I take it off the charger. I was really excited about this thing since it is my first fitbit, but I am very disappointed.

Thanks for the warm welcome Ale. But no thanks for the advice, the issue is not that my fitbit is not holding a charge. The issue is that I received a defective product. If you read the post, you would see that my blaze was fully charged one moment, dead the next, and then completely unable to charge. It was on my wrist for no more than 6 hours. I did not even have the chance to use it for anything other than a watch.
Customer support is sending me a new one, so hopefully that one is not a defective product. I know it is your job to do so, but I do not appreciate you editing the title of my post. If you find my condescension distasteful, please understand that I am only mirroring your actions. Please treat others with a little more respect and have a little more faith in their intelligence. The issue I had was clearly not something you can solve with "Tips to maximize the battery life of your Blaze."
