I can't talk when I answer a call through my LG tone active, music works fine but no one can hear me through my headset,  after I answer a call help please.

I think its a headset problem not a fitbit problem. So check there

@Bee24, are you answering the call with the Blaze? Does this happen when receiving, or making a call, or both?

What happens if the Blaze is not near you when you answer or make a call?

I am also leaning towards @WendyB's answer, mainly because the Blaze has no capibilities of audio in or out, and simply connects as an external keyboard, when it comes to phone controls.
