Did you mean:

Blaze battery draining

Hello again to everybody, specially to the moderators, just to let you know my experiences.

I have 3 Blazes: mine, my wife's and my son's. Up to now, with the latest firmware update, mine and my wife's failed... and that happened from one day to the other. One day were absolutely OK and the next day, the battery is draining and mine even no longer charging... Very nice watches and totally useless.

As you will recognize, I cannot be happy with the company. I am saying absolutely to everybody I know, what I feel about Fitbit (you can imagine, because I cannot say here bad words).

I didn't receive an offer to repair, because the company does not repair (one American company not very worried about the Earth health) and only received a 25% discount for another Fitbit (obviously, very easy to understand, I am not happy enough to accept it).

So, that is my experience. I hope everybody will think for himself what to buy in the future.

Thanks for your time (I hope this thread is not deleted this time)

Hey @KikeMarchuet, it's great to see you around.

I appreciate all the feedback provided about the Fitbit Blaze and recommend taking a look at our warranty policy.

It's great to know that you contacted our support team and were offered a discount, if you are interested in using that discount, in this page you will be able to compare all of our units, maybe there is one that meet your needs.

If there is anything else we can do for you, do not hesitate to post it. Smiley Wink

Hi @AlejandraFitbit

And thanks for your robotized answer messages... I know you are trying to do your best to the owners, I have no doubt.

If you are trying to stop me about showing to the rest how pissed off I am, you are wrong.

I am so disappointed that I keep waiting for a reasonable answer that all the people who spent 229 euros in such a monitor deserve.

It's easy: Fitbit to recognize the issue, Fitbit to release new firmware, Everybody happy.

Fitbit will not be the first company that accepts and corrects a wrongly released firmware.

Don't you agree?
