Blaze battery draining

I just took delivery of a brand new Fitbit Blaze. All packaging was good with no signs of damage. Attempted to turn it on but it had no power. So put it on charge for 2 hrs. Fitbit indicated that the battery was now full. Put it on and thought it was time to test it out. 45 mins later and battery is indicating as low. Given as its supposed to last 5 days I'm guessing I've got a dodgy one. Also appears unresponsive at times. This is my first Fitbit so any help would be gratefully accepted.

A warm welcome to the Community @Stephenday62.

I am sorry to hear about what you are experiencing with your Blaze. I charged mine yesterday and some minutes later it was showing half battery, but I don't worry since my battery lasts 5 days. My recommendation here is to test your Blaze, see how many days the battery lasts. Now, if you experience battery issues, you can take a look at this post and follow the instructions there.

Also, I would like to know what you meant by unresponsive? Could you please be more specific?

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy
