Blaze battery issues

I've had 2 units die on me in 16 months and the company says I'm SOL on a new unit.  Has anyone else had experience with defective batteries? I wonder how long this post will stay up before it is removed.

I am sorry to hear about the battery inconvenience you have been experiencing with your Blaze and would like to know what troubleshoot have you tried so far, could you be more specific about this? In the meantime, check that you have already tried the instructions provided in this post.
