I have seen MANY posts about people having their Blaze batteries die, after 2-3 years. It seems like Fitbit expects such people to simply trash their watches and buy a new one. I have seen posts where people were able to either buy the parts and make their own repairs or to send their watches away for repairs. Why Fitbit would not set up an in-house solution to this issue, I cannot fathom. They could make money, provide customer service (instead of cheesing customers off), and allow people to continue to happily use their Blazes, instead of being forced to replace them. It makes SO much sense to me. Better yet would be an easily replaceable battery. But at least if FB did it themselves, they could control the quality and the experience. If anyone from FB monitors these posts, I would like to see them make this available to customers...(so people will STAY customers).
I post this selfishly, because my Blaze is starting to go. I would like a new battery so I can keep it for another 2-3 years.

Hello~
I have restarted the device. I will let you know if that makes
a difference. I am hopeful that changing the heart monitor to auto, instead
of "on" will help.
