Blaze battery problem

Hi, I've had my Blaze for a few months and love it. 

 

Unfortunately in the last few days it has stopped holding charge and needs charging at least 2-3 times a day. I've tried resetting, as far as I can tell the firmware is up to date. I've been charging from the USB attached to my laptop until it notifies that the battery is full, put it on my wrist and then get a low battery symbol within a couple of hours.

 

Grateful for advice whether this is a hardware or software problem.
