Hi
Im After some help please.
Up until a few few days ago my battery life on my Blaze would last at least 3 days...I always give it a full charge to use again.
I've been to
However nothing has improved it and after a full cahrge last night it had ran out by 11.30am. (Was fully empty within 4 hours)
Any help would be geeayly appreciated.

Same troubles with mine, sadly I think that it is done. These watches never seem to make it past 14 months. There is always a newer model right around the same time they go out 🙂

I was told by CS it's a "known issue" they are "working on it" and "thanks for the report". I charged mine overnight and 10 mins alter it was on low.

It was as if it worked Saturday and Sunday it didn’t!

I love the Fitbit but may move back to Apple.

If you'd like a 25% coupon off another fitbit product, then go ahead and jump through all the hoops tech support will ask you to do. Or just buy a better product from another company and throw out your Blaze. They last for just a bit over 1 year.
