App says I have medium battery. I have a black screen and blaze won't sync. I've attempted to restart by holding the back and lower right button down. I've attempted to change the clock face as others suggested but this didn't work when the blaze WAS syncing. I've attempted to restart by having it on the charger and following restart instructions.
