I've had my blaze since August without any issues. Last night the screen went blank and has stayed that way. I spoke to someone in the chat room and was advised I needed to update the software but my battery was too low and to charge for 2 hours. I have been changing for 4 hours but still no luck. It won't even connect to bluetooth to update the software. The gren light has stopped flashing and I have tried to restart. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
After about 3 years of great service my blaze screen has died. I think the tracking is still working as it is syncing but nothing on screen. Contacted fitbit and as it is our of warranty they can't replace. I think this is probably the maximum life of a blaze.
If anyone has faced this or any suggestion please help. Have tried re starts, maximum charging etc.

Same happened to me. Worked all day, suddenly it went blank. I will contact Blaze fitbit support.
Have the same problem. I also have had this watch for about 2 or 3 years.

Best AnswerI tried troubleshooting it by resetting it. It still won’t turn on. While charging it has a dim lit screen. What else can I try?

Best AnswerI am in literally this exact situation. Have tried the reset many times and charging it but nothing has worked. My blaze will not sync to my device, the screen is blank, and the green lights are off. I have tried charging it as well.
