Blaze blank screen

Hi guys, I got a new Blaze that was given to me as a gift. The screen opens when it's on the charging port and it was on full charge already. Upon removing it on the port. It wont open the screen is completely blank.

 

Any inputs guys?

It's great to welcome you @Bimboy.

 

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Blaze screen? If you do, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
