Hi my Fitbit blaze was working this morning but now it’s showing nothing, I tried the restart method, left and bottom right button hold down for 10 - 12 seconds but to no avail. Also putting on in charger I think there is moisture in back sensor, also the battery only runs for couple of days before running out. I’ve owned it for about 5 years now. Do I need a new battery? Thanks.

Since none of the steps you tried have worked, I was about to create a support case on your behalf, but I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this.
