Blaze blank screen

Blaze charged fully with in minutes. But watch showing any display and screen showing blank

Hi @rreddy, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. 

 

I'd recommend to restart your Blaze by following the steps below:

 

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

However, I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for updates on your case.
