I bought a Fitbit Blaze and today the watch screen got heavily cracked and the LCD screen is broken. Please can you tell me what I can do or where to buy replacement parts?

Unfortunately fitbits tend not to be repairable and I have never seen any replacements parts available. I fear that's the end of your Blaze.

Hi. I contacted the support team and they just offered me a 25% discount on
some products. They also said that there might be replacement parts on eBay
but I am not sure if they would be legit
