Blaze button isn't working

Have restarted and deleted and reinstalled and my side buttons wont work at all.

HELP

Unfortunately, the restart process will not work if the Back button is not working so I don't see how this can be solved. I have flagged your post for the attention of a moderator. They will be able to put customer support in touch with you and they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this button problem. You may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
