Blaze buttons won't respond

Left button won't respond. I know it works because I can turn it on. But once on. It's unresponsive. Does nothing. If I leave the main screen and let's say set the timer. It won't respond to set it. I have to re start the Fitbit.

Do the buttons respond properly when the Blaze is outside of its frame @WadeL. 

Of so, you may want to buy a new frame. They are cheep an Amazon (I had 3-4 with matching bands)
