Blaze changes clock face automatically/Battery life?

I actually have two questions. I just purchased a new Blaze to replace my Charge which had a band separation issue.  I love the Blaze, but as of this morning, even though I've only had it since Sunday evening, I'm noticing that 1. the clock face is changing spontaneously.  It stays on one thing for a bit, then I get a buzzing and a check mark, and *poof!* The face of the clock is something else.  I had set it to the classic face as of Sunday night, but this morning, it ran through POP and then went to FLARE. I don't want it to change. I don't like the POP setting personally and would rather it stay at whatever I set it to.

The second issue I'm seeing as of now is that my battery appears to be at half charge, even though I'm pretty sure it was fully charged (it was on the charger for 3 hours on Sunday night).

Any suggestions as to how to resolve this?

Thanks!

Hello @Meghann1965 thanks for your reply! 🙂 I'm glad to hear your Blaze is working properly and it is your company during physical therapy.  I had back problems and my Charge was my company during my recovery! 🙂 Also the battery life of your Blaze will depend on your interaction with the tracker so using activity mode can decrease the battery life. @Meghann1965 im not sure what is exactly going on, but for some reason during a scheduled background sync, the sync process is loading a different face.

Why? Could you be looking at the various clock faces, either on the all or web? Or mabe something is going on in the server? You are the chosen one and the first ive herd of this  switching faces.

Hello @Meghann1965 welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 as @Rich_Laue mentioned  I haven't hear of the Blaze changing clock faces changing spontaneously. Are you still experimenting this? How is the battery life of your tracker? Where you having issues syncing?

@Rich_Laue and @AngelaMa, I think you guys were right-it was a "loose nut" issue.  I must have been surfing the faces in my settings and the poor thing got confused.  It's been on the one I want now since last week.

The battery is still a question that's up for grabs. I've been using the "exercise" feature on my Blaze, so I don't think the battery is going to last as long as it would if it was only used to display the clock, but I had my eyes open there. I bought it specifically for the heart rate display (not going to talk about that here--but there are discrepancies with that too, as with any bit of technology). I love the feature of the "exercise" choice. I used it in physical therapy and I have used it for probably 4 walks.  I'm loving that right now.
