Hi I bought my blaze around a year ago and have had no issues until last week when I charged it overnight and the battery lasted around 4 hours and then went dead. I have tried different chargers but the same happens. Please can you advise? Thanks Beth
I have been told to wipe the back and the green light with alcohol and see if that works. Haven’t tried it yet will shorty I’ll post and advice if it works

I too just started having this issue? Coincidental that my App updated 2 days ago and now my Blaze won't hold a charge? Will try cleaning thing. Thanx.
