Blaze charging issues

I’ve had my blaze almost a week and am noticing when it’s in the charging cradle it starts to charge then stops. I have to keep pressing it into the cradle to start charging again. I can get it to charge but have to babysit it.. my only complaint! Does anyone know if the charging base accessory works better?

It should not do that. I would contact support. Hopefully they will ship you a new charger
