A warm welcome to the Community @Zesty and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

I appreciate the time you took to take those picture and attached them. In this case, I recommend as our friend here suggested restarting your Blaze and try to change the clock faces by doing the following from a computer:

1. Click the gear icon

2. Click Blaze

3. Go to Clock Face

4. Select a clock face

5. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

OK lets see if i understand, your trying to sync through some device and it is not syncing, but syncs through everything else.

Depending what these everything else are, you might have to turn their Bluetooth off or move these devices at least 30 feet away.

Im not sure what the clock error is on, does the blaze show a clock?

If not then use one of the devices to change the clock face then aync the Blaze.

As for notifications are you trying to turn them off? Could we please know what your trying to sync through.

Habe you done what the message tells you to do?

Open your app tap account - Blaze - Clock display - choose a clock then sync.

Thanks for getting back @Zesty. I am glad to hear that you received a new tracker. Have you paired it? If you haven't, you can do the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

See you around. Woman Wink

I couldn't get the clock error off my Fitbit Blaze for a week. This simple solution of changing the clock face display and syncing did it.  Thank you for the great solution.

I have the same "Clock Error" message. My instinct was just to change the clock face to another face. I did this but a couple of days later I started getting the Clock Error again. Then the tracker would not respond and was black. I reset the tracker and it came back to the clock error. I changed the clock face back to the original. I'm waiting to see if the Clock Error returns. My real question is what could be happening if the Clock Error returns after changing the clock face?

Thanks

Hello,

I need help, received replacement Blaze on Friday, all was good. But this morning the Blaze just keeps rebooting\restarting only shows Fitbit LOGO, holding the left button and lower right to reset the Blaze does not work, Blaze is stuck in some kind of reboot mode. And now hours later it shows this Clock Error message but the unit is still unresponsive. If I touch any of the buttons it starts to reboot and if the battery finally dies and I place it on the charger it starts to reboot again. Please HELP!!!

Has there been any fix on this yet? I only had my Blaze for 2 hours; it was working perfectly until I decided to change the clock.  It's now been stuck on the clock error for the last 24 hours.

I've removed the app/reset my phone/reinstalled the app/tried installing a new fitbit. None of these work.

I get as far as the new code but the fitbit just can't get past the clock error.

A factory reset would be good - How do I do that? Thanks.

Sorry to hear this @JenniAd the common fix to this error is to simply choose a different clock face.

I'm not sure what steps you have done, but I would not expect any of them to work.

After reinstalling the app, did you create a new Fitbit account? You never mentioned removing the tracker from an account. This would be the worst thing that you could do.

My thought if a second account was created would be to log into the first account. Hopefully the tracker is still connected and you can choose a new clock face.

As for a factory reset, Fitbit does not provided de de  for the Blaze.

Herman from Fitbit Live Chat very kindly helped me. I had to install fitbit on a new device in order for my clock to change. No other advised fixes worked. I am now good to go but I definitely won't be changing the clock face again! Thanks for replying.

I'm having trouble with changing the clock face on my Blaze to anything other than moment. I get it the sync and change properly, but after awhile my screen will glitch to the today icon and will no longer respond, or turn off. If I put it in a freezer for a minute or two the icon will stop being frozen only for the clock face error to appear and ask to change it on the app.
