This is my 2nd day trying to get notifications on my Blaze.
I have a Moto X (2013) Android 5.1 . My Bluetooth is pared with Blaze nicely and I am able to synchronizing.
Now, I did all the step to set up notifications on my Fitbit App setting (call and message is set to skype) and calendar icon, all are checked. Then, I followed to synchronized again. But, still, I do not get notifications in my Blaze.
Your help and guidance are very welcome.

Welcome to the Community @NHLGirl75 and @aisa it's great to see you around! Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is not a compatible phone yet and that is the reason why you are having problems connecting it with your tracker. Keep in mind that you can always sync your tracker with a computer or compatible mobile device. Now about the Moto X, I recommend following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post to fix the notifications inconvenience.

I had an s7 edge and had nothing but issues with my blaze, sometimes I got my notifications and sometimes not. So frustrating I ended up taking the s7 back!

All features of my blaze worked with my samsung galaxy s7 edge. Phone and text messages do not work with my samsung galaxy s9.

@Moms3ds have you checked your settings on the phone? They should work.
