My Blaze constantly forgets which apps I have set up to pass notifications from. It always reverts to the same state that has a few - google movies and video, google hangouts. It's infuriating. It seems to happen when it runs low on batteries / when I choose to recharge it. Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone got a solution?

A warm welcome to the Community @dunk3287. First, I recommend verifying if your phone is a compatible mobile device, after this check if your Android Fitbit app is updated by following the instructions provided in the How do I update my Android Fitbit app? post and the steps provided by @MarreFitbit in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

Hi Alejandra, thanks for your reply.
My phone is a Google Pixel. Doesn't show up, but I assume that it's still compatible as it's Google's current flagship phone and has been available for 5 months. The "How do I update my Android Fitbit app" you linked to seems to be about deleting activities - that's not the problem that I have. My problem is that the app frequently resets the set of application notifications that are sent to the phone. The second link ("My tracker isn't receiving notifications") isn't really relevant either; my watch receives notifications.
Has anybody else reported the issue that I am having? (To repeat - it's not that I don't receive notifications. They work, but the *set of application that notifications are enabled for* keeps resetting)
Thanks!

Hello @dunk3287, first it is the app, not the Blaze.
It sounds aa if you make changes, hit save, and find that the changes do nit stick. In the past some people found that by adding their current tracker as a replacement device to itself thus đoing a setup again, the settings did stick.

How do you add the tracker as a replacement device to itself? Sounds mental!

Im not saying it will work, but can't hurt, and could fix it.
Do yhe standard add tracker, choose teplace your current one.

FYI, I am having this exact same problem. I guess I am getting the very first list of app notifications that I ever chose, and it turns out that they were way too verbose. I disable them, and it seems to "take", but then a couple of days later, they are back! Samsung Note 3 (old but compatible), Blaze, latest app.
I will try re-adding the Blaze. I guess I had better choose notifications carefully next time.

Great to see you around @rob42. I would like to know if you have tried the steps I provided in my previous post? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at it and follow the instructions provided there.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

I have this problem as well. Coincidentally it is also with a Google Pixel (XL). My notification settings will be remembered for a few weeks, then suddenly I'm getting Whatsapp notifications on my Fitbit Blaze.
The changes definitely take when I set them, but then seemingly at random Whatsapp is checked again a few days or weeks later and it starts vibrating like crazy. It's very annoying. I'm wondering if maybe it happens when the app on my phone updates. Might try disabling auto-update.
