I purchased a fitbit blaze from c e x so it was used. Anyhoo today the screen decided to crack so I spoke to customer support they told me to contact the retailer that I purchased it from as they were not a approved stockist/re-seller therefore there is nothing fitbit can do. I did as advised only to be told that they don't cover damaged glass on their warranty. Now I am stuck with a blaze that still works but with a screen that is cracked and I won't wear due fear of it getting even more damaged

Hi there @Longhairedlump. Great to have you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear about your cracked screen 😕
In this situation, as you just mentioned, this can not be covered under the warranty for the reasons explained before, but, in this situation, what I would recommend would be to look for a screen protector to your Blaze. That way, even if it has a crack, you will be able to use it without it getting any more damage. I was able to find this on Amazon. There are many other options so you can give that a try and I'm pretty sure that will do.
Anything else, I'm here to help!
