Fitbit blaze not registering full activity time

Hi. I used my fitbit to do a circuit class this morning,  manually selecting circuit training and pressing start. After doing a 42 minute class the fitbit only registered 27? Never done this before, checked on my phone, no break showing so i don't think it paused?

Any ideas?

Hi @Blaize96. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

That sounds strange... I'm just thinking... it could have been that your tracker got in touch with your wrist and it pressed the pause button and later resumed the activity. If that was the case, I'd just recommend wearing your tracker higher up on your wrist to prevent this from happening again. It will also help you get a more accurate heart rate reading.

Just to be safe, I can also recommend restarting your Blaze. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Keep an eye on it and see if it continues registering only segments of your activities. If you need more help, I'm always around!

Thankyou.
It didn't show a pause when I checked but I've restarted it just to be in the safe side.
