Dear fitbit - what is going on with the erratic processing of your sleep information? Last week I had a stretch of five days that only documented simple sleep. Then I had a few days that my sleep stages worked as promised. However, last night it reverted back to simple sleep. I have restarted my Blaze and logged in and out multiple times. I really like the sleep stages functionality and hope that you get your issue fixed!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with the Sleep Stages not being recorded as it should 😕
We've been having some problems with Sleep Stages not working find the last few days. I really apologize about this and hope to have it all solved soon for this not to be an inconvenient anymore.
In the meantime, since you've already tried to restart your tracker and to log out and back in to your app, I can probably recommend setting up your tracker as a new device. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

I am having the same problem with my blaze. Tried the reboot and still eratic recording of stages versus old way. I have tried all suggestions, wearing higher and tighter to no avail. Will get a few days with stages then go to old method for awhile.
