My 2 month old Blaze is dark except for heartrate. Wont sync and cannot turn off because that requires the screen. I had just finished my elliptical at lunch - hit done and went back to the clock. When I got to the locker room the **ahem** thing was dark and not responsive to the buttons. I took it out of the holder and pressed the button manually to ensure that it wasn't misaligned. I must admit to getting frustrated with fitbit. so far in 4 four years I had 2 of the original, 3 charge HRs, 3 surges and now this blaze. The warranty response is good but after one year you have to by another. So far I have paid for 1 original, 1 HR, 1 Surge and 1/2 Blaze (why would I want a 4th surge in less than 12 months?
Fitbit please respond. I will be interested in knowing why quality control is so dismal.

Called support. Performed a manual reset - Now working.
They did indicate my issue was not normal behavior. I have a case # if it happens again.
To reset your blaze if you cannot shut it down via the settings screen
Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds.
