Blaze detects sleep late

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Every night my fitbit blaze detects the fact I'm asleep 2-3 hours after I've fallen asleep.  I go to bed at 10, it says 12-1am every time.

1.  I know it takes an hour.

2.  I have updated it.

3.  I have reset it.

4.  I've adjusted the sensitivity, though this recommendation makes no sense to me as making it more sensitive would seem to make things worse.

5.  The time is set correctly.

I'm not the only person with this issue.  Please pursue a firmware fix.

Thanks!

John

Welcome to the Community @John1337. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. Woman Very Happy I recommend Restarting your Blaze a couple of times more and test it during the night. If you still seeing the discrepancy, I recommend contacting our Support Team since they are the ones that have the proper tools to see the information that your tracker is registering. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

My Blaze actually logged my sleep BEFORE I really fall asleep. I took off my Blaze, took a shower, wore it back on my wraist, then check my cell phone for another 20 mins before I sleep. My fitbit counts my sleep from the time I took it off for shower.
