Blaze display corrupted

Blaze screen is constantly flashing as if its showing the old school TV static screen. Any idea on how to fix this issue? This is the first time I've experienced this. Tried to reboot or charge. Nothing works. Can someone help?

I am sorry to hear about your corrupted Blaze display and appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Can you please confirm that these are the steps you did in order to restart your device:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Also, a picture of your Blaze would be great.
