Blaze display flickering

Has anyone experienced their screen flashing or flickering? This has happen a couple times and the only way to stop it was for me to shutdown my device.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I actually shut it down and once it turned back on it was fine. I was just wondering if there is a reason why it had done this.

I am glad to hear that your tracker is now working properly. Regarding your question, we are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be a one glitch. I would ask you to keep an eye on your tracker, and in the case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.

Good afternoon.

I too am experiencing the flickering of the screen. The shutdown did not help and I was unable to do a proper reboot. When pushing the back button and the lower right, my Blaze fails to reboot or go back to the FitBit home screen. Please help!

I actually shut mine down by going through the settings. Glad I am not the only one who has experienced this.

It’s quite frustrating. I feel like my Blaze is going to quit on me soon. Thinking that I’m unable to do a proper reboot/restart because my lower right button may not work.
