I have a Blaze that I use in conjunction with Windows 10 on my laptop. How do I display the trace for continuous heart rate monitoring?

Could you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing or what would you like to see? It would be great if you can provide me with some screenshots of what you are seeing on your Dashboard.

The dash board displays the standard heart at rest data which is fine. I recently read that it is possible to monitor (and presumably display) continuous heart rate on a 24/7 basis, which would be extremely useful for me. However, the article that I read provided no information on how to display the data. I am looking for that information.
