I went to turn on my new Fitbit Blaze, I bought today and it wouldn't turn on. I charged it, and did the set up steps and it says that my Fitbit is fully charged. But when I remove the Fitbit from the charging port, the screen goes black. When I hold or click the left button to turn it on it does nothing. But once I put it back in the charging port the Fitbit turns right on, and will display the clock face and everything. Is my Fitbit broken? I am very worried because I was so excited to get my Fitbit and its already not working.

If that doesn't help Then I would take it back to where ever you got it and exchange it

Hey @Nat1019 welcome to the Community and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Blaze display? Did you followed our friend's recommendation about restarting the tracker?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
