Guys please help, my Fitbit Blaze just turned off, the BPM scanner is still on but I don't know how to turn it back on, I've tried holding the left button but doesn't work, please help!

Best AnswerTry restarting:
-Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
-Let go of the buttons.
You also may need to charge it.

It's great to welcome you @Tommyp393 and @Baltoscott thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if the restart steps provided by our friend @Baltoscott worked? Is your tracker display illuminating now or do you still having issues with it? Is it displaying the battery icon at the moment of placing it to the cradle?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
