Blaze display not working

I bought the new blaze and it wont do nothing. I downloaded the app on my phone, I charged it, it won't turn on. I pushed buttons I charged, I cant get a display but the only thing on it is a bunch of dots.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

If that doesn't help take it back to where ever you got it and exchange it or Contact Support
