Blaze displaying Fitbit logo

Up until yesterday my Blaze has been fantastic, but out of the blue yesterday evening it has started to play up, all I get is the Fitbit Logo on the screen, which stops on for about 10 seconds when the screen goes off and the Fitbit logo comes back on, this is on a continuous loop. I am unable to do anything with it,tried to reset: press left and lower right buttons, nothing at all.

Any ideas? Is it ready for the bin? I hope not it, and will be very disappointed in Fitbit if it is as it was only purchased last year on 30/07/16.

It's great to see you around @armo, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @WendyB for stopping by.

Since the restart procedure didn't work, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further assistance.

See you later. Woman Happy

I contacted fitbit support who were great to be fair, just asked me to send a video of the screen doing what it is doing -took about 20 secs,

next day a reply came back saying they were sending a replacement pebble,Happy Days.

Very pleased from all involved in resolving my issue.

That's great @armo, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a new tracker. At the moment of receiving, you can do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Keep the stepping up! Woman Happy

This is exactly what my Fitbit Blaze has done as of this morning.  It was working perfectly and fully functioning and when I got up this morning, the entire display is distorted showing a pixilated Fitbit logo. 😞 . I am quite literally only 4 weeks out of my 1 year since purchase.

I've tried the reset numerous times, I guess now i will just have to wait until Fitbit respond to my email.

I'm glad they were able to resolve your problems!!

That's so good to know- I'm much more optimistic now, and according to the internet, it should be covered under EU law...fingers crossed!!

Thanks!! 😄
