Blaze does nothing

Bought new Blaze and can not get off start screen is there a way to completely shut it off and then turn it back on?

Hi there @jopa8412.. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

 

If you just got a new tracker, you need to set it up for it to work. Probably at the moment, it just shows the "fitbit.com/setup" message on the screen and if not, you might need to charge it up. Put it to charge for about one or two hours, nothing will show on the screen that it's charging but after that time, you can follow the setup process.

 

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
