Blaze doesn't charge

I bought a Blaze and it will not charge in its cradle. I have tried 2 different usb ports on my computer and left it plugged in for 6 hours. When I try to update the firmware through the app, I get a message telling me the battery is too low and needs to be charged. I have also tried plugging the cradle into the usb port on another computer and left it to charge for 4 hours. Still have same result. I have made sure that the pins are aligned between the cradle and the Blaze. I am running Windows 10 on my computer.

According to a salesperson where I bought mine it is a known problem with the Blaze. So I would assume it is just the Blaze. I returned my Blaze and got a Charge 2. It works great.

I asked for mine to be replaced to the charge 2 and they wouldn't do it!!

Since I only bought mine a week prior I took it back to where I bought it. They were out of stock for Blaze so I got a refund and bought the Charge 2.
