Blaze doesn't turn on

I just bought my Blaze and when I pulled it out of the box tonight it was turning off and on. It won't show the battery bar at all to show that it's charging or dead. It won't show anything. The screen goes dark the lights back up. Then goes dark then lights back up again.

Oh my @Lauracampbell1

Lets place the Blaze in its charging cradle, making sure the pins line up.

Now lets plug it into the phones charging wall brick.

 

Did the Blaze do a little vibration for you? If so it is charging. 

 

I would leave it on the charger for at least an hour. I would think it would stay on at this time, it might not be fully chsrge but should stay on.

Also keep an eye on it while charging, it should not get hot so remove it if it does.

 

PS: there will not be a battery indicator until the setup message is gone.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Is your tracker responding at the moment of placing into the cradle or do you still having issues?
