Blaze don't Setup in Android, iOS or Mac

I won my FitBit Blaze on Christmas and up to now without success to perform Set up. When I try to perform Setup on my Galaxy S7, the code to enter in the Phone is generated but when I put it in the application it returns to the home page. My second attempt was on my girlfriend's Iphone 6s, but when I enter the code generated on the wristband, the application does not progress and shows the message: "fitbit down for maintenance". The third attempt was made on my macbook, in this the application downloaded on the site of the fitbit can not finish being installed, the application asks to confirm the registration and confirm the date of birth, but there is no space to enter the anniversary date. Before the moderators suggest restarting the bracelet: I just performed all the procedures described on the site and the forum. I have an expensive and useless bracelet :@@@

If you've perrformed 'all the procedures' but don't tell us what you've tried, it's going to be nect to impossible for anyone to come with something helpful.

 

Trying the iPhone again sounds like the best bet since it was at least identifying server issues that may have been the cause. Of course, if there really were server problems then these would have affected the setup on every device you tried at the time.
