slow changering and heart rate automatic off and on and Battery issue

Hi, @Elvish, unfortunately in order to help I really think we would need more information.

It sounds like the issues you are having are

1. slow charging

2. heart rate settings

3.  a battery issue (though unfortunately you do not say what the issue is...)  Maybe it is not lasting as long as you like?

I am guessing issue no. 1 and issue no. 3 might be connected, so here is what I would suggest.

First, I think you should clean the charging contacts on your Blaze.  The instructions for doing this are here.  Next, I think you should give the Blaze a restart.  Instructions are here

Once the contacts are nice and clean and you have restarted your Blaze, try charging it again.  It will charge quite slowly from a computer USB port -- that is normal, and don't forget that in most cases the computer will not deliver charge at all unless the computer is awake and active.  Also, the USB port needs to be connected to the main motherboard of the computer -- a hub usually will not deliver enough power.

If your Fitbit seems to be charging very slowly from a computer, it is perfectly fine to use a wall charger that will accept a USB cable, as long as the wall charger is UL/ CE certified.  The charger originally supplied with your cell phone should be ideal (but don't use cheap replacements that might over heat or harm your device).

Usually charging with a wall charger will be significantly faster.

You mention that your other problem is heart rate automatic off and on.

As you probably know, there are 3 settings for heartrate, which you can control in your app.  The settings are ON (when the lights should continuously flash), Auto (when the lights should flash as soon as the device detects movement) and OFF (when the lights should not flash at all).

In most cases you will find the Auto setting is best.  To check or change this setting go to your app, click on the Blaze icon, and then scroll down to Heartrate.  There you can change the setting.  Once you have made any changes, please be sure to sync your Blaze, as any setting changes will not take place until you sync.

With the Blaze you can also change this setting on the watch itself.  Make sure your Blaze is on and charged, and then on the screen swipe left until you come to the settings screen.  On the settings screen scroll down to Heart Rate and click to toggle between on, off, and auto.  Your settings changes should be reflected immediately.

I hope this helps.  Please do post with more information if you need more support.
