Blaze floors not correct

I have calibrated my Blaze when climbing stairs the way the help pages shows but they still aren't counting correctly. I was recently on a road trip and spent 14 hours in a car, not going over severe bumps, and after the trip my Blaze showed I climbed 26 floors. How is that possible when I was a passenger in the car and spent most of the trip asleep? Yesterday I climbed 3 floors but my Blaze says 11. How can I get this fixed when I've already gone through the calibration?

i just did the calibration again. I started with 1 floor in which I never climbed. Climbed an additional 3 floors but it only read 1.

Hello @Katief16, lets first look at how the Blaze counts floors. While the Blaze sees steps being counted, it also looks for a decrease in air pressure. When the air pessure does the extreamly small drop saying the user has climbed up 10 feet a flooŕ is added.

Now while in the car, funny you don't mention how many steps you received, and just worried about the floors. The bumpy ride will usually add some steps, and if the car is climbing a hill,  or there is a widow open, which could cause a decresa in air pressure floors may have been awarded. Logging the time as driving are adding an app like DriveBit will remove boty the extra foors as well as the extra steps.

As for this calibration thing, i have never  heard of a calibrarion for a Fitbit Tracker.
