My Blaze stopped updating data yesterday , the screens are frozen The date time is wrong and it won't sync either, it isn't showing in my Bluetooth devices list on my iPad.
I have tried the reset by holding the 2 buttons down several times, it comes up , we've caught up now! Yet nothing has changed.

Welcome to the Community @Davedee13! Thanks for the restart that you've tried. I would like you to make sure that you've done this syncing troubleshoot. I'm not quite sure about the frozen screen if you're talking about the Blaze or the app screen. If your tracker's display isn't working at all then please restart it.
If after this you're still not able to get your Blaze working please contact Customer Support.
