Blaze frozen!

My Fitbit Blaze screen has frozen with the following on screen: an orange triangle with a thermometer over it.

I have tried switching off, recharging, and even putting it in the fridge 🤔

Has anyone else experienced this and resolved it.

please help

Are you saying that the thermometer is telling you that your Blaze is to cold? If it really is, you will need to wait for the Blaze to warm up. 

If the unit is not cold then try a restart by holding in both the left and lower right buttons.

I cannot tell if it means the Blaze is too hot or too cold
I have tried to solve it both ways
Thinking it meant too hot so I put it in the fridge for a while. When that made no difference I put in the boiler room but that had no effect either
Still baffled 😕
