My blaze wont sync into my WiFi. The WiFi symbol is just constantly flashing on the Fitbit app. Plus The Watch face is showing the clock but none of the buttons at the side work nor does tapping the screen. It’s stuck on the time screen.
I’m team captain for a 4 week step challenge along with another 350 folk at work. I really need this fixed ASAP.
Anyone any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried restarting your tracker?
Hold down the left button and the bottom right button for about 10 secs until you see the FitBit logo on the screen - then let go of the buttons.
After that, try syncing again.

I have tried everything. My fitbit Blaze will not connect with any ios devices. Or Android. My iphone and iPad will not even find it anymore. My Android will find but it won't sync. I have reset the device multiple times I have made sure all devices and apps are updated. I have removed the app and reinstalled. NOTHING is working. I am incredibly frustrated as I have just purchased the device over a year ago. I expected it to last longer than my charge hr which also just lasted over a year. Any other suggestions?? is there a hard reset to wipe the device??

I have tried that and even shut down and restart it back up and it's not setting up. The Bluetooth is connected and the phone sees the Fitbit.
