My Fitbit keeps getting stuck on step screen. I can’t get it to go back to the time screen or to go to any other screens. Reset won’t work and I have to either charge or re-sync the clock face for it to go back. It is very aggravating during the day while I am at work. I use the clock quite a bit as a teacher. Help anyone? I think the screen is the today screen and no matter which buttons I push, it will not go back.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Tristancaige. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Blaze getting stuck on the step screen. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I totally understand how you are feeling and recommend doing the following:
1. Please confirm the steps you've tried to restart your tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Liliya, My Blaze has the same problem with being stuck on the step screen. I am unable to use the button to get back to the clock screen or to get any other settings. Is there anyway to unstick the clock button? Thank you.

I have tried both of these. The back buttons are not working. I can get the clock face to change, but that is the only way to get it off the step page.
