Blaze gone wild - touchscreen issues?

Hi all, I suspect I may know the answer to this, but wondered if anyone had resolved this some way...

My Blaze went wild this morning as if the touchscreen is being pressed constantly. Notifications pop up, music controls, and it cycles through the different stats on the main screen the rest of the time. I have tried a reset (left and bottom right buttons); managed with a lot of frustration to get to the shutdown and even changed the clock face.

I can't think of anything else unless there is a secret button combination - is this a device that needs a warranty repair already (not even 3 months old)?

Thanks @Rich_Laue, I did try that. Now bizarrely after spending 60 minutes flashing around it stopped doing it. I didn't do anything, though the battery was getting low (could that really have done anything...). Charged up and been back to normal all day.

Not quite sure what happened today. I supposed I'll have to say it's one of those things Smiley Frustrated

A low battery could cause problems, but should not, like thus. How long does the battery last?

It also might be a good idea to contact Fitbit and have them run their tools on your tracker.

Thanks, sounds like a good idea to get support to check it out.

Battery wise, it was OK - I think spending that long with the screen on and flashing various things drained it. Battery life it has been fine, I couldn't tell you exactly how long it lasts but nothing that has ever caused me concern.

I had this happen to my charge HR. I called Fitbit when it was happening and they could see it on my account. They ended up sending me a replacement as in my case, we could not get it back you normal.
