Blaze had holes on charging pads

Hi all,

I am a using for fitbit blze for nearly 2 years. The warranty is over. And currently my fitbit blaze is unable to charge.

I changed a new charger, and changed another usb charger and still unable to charge.

Then I read up the forum, there are problems when there are holes on the charging pads. Any way to get them replace in Singapore?

How much does it costs?

Please advise. Thanks.

Welcome to the Forums @medicheng.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing your experience.

In regards to the warranty, you can click here to read about our policy on the matter. Additionally, please know that Fitbit does not have any repair shops where you could take your Blaze.

As for the holes that you mentioned, I'd like to take a closer look. Could you share some pictures of the holes that you mentioned? Perhaps we can find an alternative to get your Blaze to work.

I look forward to your reply.
