For the last two weeks or so, my Blaze has been off on my step count. I was reading previous posts on the forum about restarting, and then taking 100 steps and seeing how many it tracked as a suggestion for this issue. I just did that and it was still off, it tracked 89 steps to my 100.
If you could offer anything option to try or help in someway. Thanks!

Have you also tried a 200, 300, or 500 step test, @amandaantczak8

Mine started by giving crazy sleep numbers. This actually started while in warranty but I just thought I was sleeping funny. Then it started shutting down and rebooting at random. Then the battery life crashed. By that time it was out of warrant and they were total butts about replacing it. Done with Fitbit. Getting an Apple.

Hello @Rob-HPTC was your Blaze still under warranty?
If not you probably where offered a discount on a new tracker that was equivalent to the cost of repair.

Legally that is more than required. Most other companies would offer a repair service and charge 75 - 80% of a new unit to fix the watch. Then give back then original watch rest to factory settings.
Fitbit on the other hand offers a new unit for the cost of a repair. I don't see a big difference, other than most people would rather spend their money having there unit fixed rather then spend the same amount for a new improved with more functions unit.
